Zodiac Assembly

Most Zodiacs can be fully assembled and inflated generally in around 15 - 20 minutes.  Air and rigid floor models usually take around 10 minutes.

Below shows the construction of a Zodiac 3.40 metre with wooden floorboards.

Ready for unpacking	Floor boards, oars, seat and boat	Boats unrolled ready for the floor boards
Fitting of floor boards.  Bow boards first followed by stern board.  Two middle boards go in last.	Fit the side locking rails	Pump up the Pontoons and the keel
	Complete and ready to go
